All employee records are maintained and updated by our human resources manager. In addition, internal systems allow and encourage staff to make appropriate changes to certain personal data such as home address and telephone number and to view only their personal records.
Assessment, review and training documentation is stored securely in hard copy or on password protected computer systems. These are available to staff on request.
We maintain employee and customer records in accordance with the latest data retention guidelines and destroy information as directed. All prospective staff are background checked and references are checked before employment details are agreed.
